I had a year lease here. And overall it was a very positive experience. Maintenance responds quickly and they are very helpful. And front office staff is also very helpful and friendly.

If you’re searching for your own Oasis in the desert, look no further than La Ventana. Upon approach, we were swept off our feet by the tremendous curb appeal of this beautiful luxury apartment community. Gloria, the Community Manager, received us and proceeded to make us feel right at home. After touring several other properties in ABQ, we certainly noticed the differences at La Ventana. Gloria is an experienced & seasoned professional – nothing escapes her meticulous eye for perfection. The grounds are immaculately maintained and have a true park-like appearance. The apartments were unlike any others we previously viewed – we instantly felt like we were “home!” Everything about La Ventana was elegant & dignified – truly elevated living in ABQ.

Wonderful apartments! Edward helped us through every step of the journey and was clear about every detail. He was very kind and attentive. Ray is always there whenever we need maintenance done and is quick, efficient, and reliable. The whole staff is lovely. Great apartments.

The maintenance crew (Ray and Danny) were very responsive and helpful. They always have a great attitude.
